IMPROVE  BONE DENSITY
Alka Cal is my favorite supplement.  I always believed I needed calcium, but I had no idea how good this particular calcium really is.  When I had my last bone density test,   I was totally amazed.  The Dr. report said my bone density had actually improved from the year before and the Alka Cal was the only change I had made.  She asked what I had done differently and was astonished that it would make that much difference.  She told me to keep doing what I’ve been doing.                    Sheryl,  Mesa,  AZ

ALKA GREEN  

I absolutely Love Alka Green.   I took a trip to Europe, and stayed healthy the whole month of June.  This is a big deal for me because I have had a lung disease since birth.   The tablets are so easy to take and easy to travel with, and of course, this made my trip so much more enjoyable.  I won’t travel without them and I take them daily even when I’m home.  I now get less infections and take less antibiotics.     Woo  Hoo!!!    (Lynne,  Glendale, AZ)

Super Digest

I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist and I've been using enzymes for years -- handfuls of them -- to help digestion. But since I switched to Super Digest about 3 months ago, I find that not only am I digesting food better with Super Digest, but I can use less of it than other brands. Another great feature is that Super Digest is effective in controlling gas and bloating whether I take it before, during or after a meal. I have been diagnosed as a borderline diabetic and have found Super Digest to be VERY beneficial to me.  When I drink sodas or eat too much sugar, I take two digestive enzymes and I don’t get that sluggish feeling that I remember getting after consuming sugar.  I use to check my blood sugar three times a day, and now I probably check it once a week.
