If you are still unsatisfied, return the supplements within 30 days and receive a refund. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise (email or call us).  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Video & audio tapes may be returned if defective within 30 days of purchase. All delivery and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
