SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground to addresses within the continental United States and will arrive in 3-4 days. DAMAGED ITEMS: Do not accept damaged packages. Please do not return damaged items to Sisters Supplements unless you have received a return authorization from us.

RETURNS: No returns after 30 days. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Video & audio tapes may be returned if defective within 30 days of purchase. All seals on supplements must be intact to be returned. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed on all returns. All delivery and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
