Take For: 

•      Constipation.  Take up to 5-8 capsules a day, until you feel relief.  It is very gentle and effective.  Usually you will feel the     results in one to two days.  Can continue the full cleanse for 14-18 days for maximum benefit.  Decrease the amount or stop for a day or two, if you feel your bowels are becoming too loose.
•      Toxic Colon.  Recommended do a complete cleanse twice a year, once after the Nov/Dec holidays and once before the Summer months bring additional pollen.   For this twice yearly, cleanse Take 5-8 a day, for 14-18 days.
•      Dark circles under the eyes are an indication of a toxic colon.
